Blast Force is a unique one switch shooter in which players can only move the ship either left or right using only a single key. The laser beam can be charged by holding down a button for about two to three seconds. The game features five stages, unique boss battles, bonus level and unlimited continues.

ReplyDeleteI couldn't figure out how to activate full screen mode (readme.txt is in Japanese), so switching to a display resolution of 800 x 600 is recommended.
The Gradius tribute has to be seen as well.
I got to the third boss. Quite fun :)
ReplyDeleteI can't stand the concept. This would have been a sweet little game if the one-key gimmick wasn't used.
ReplyDeleteA little tip: playing with the mouse makes it a lot less frustrating. It's a lot harder to press a keyboard key than to click with the mouse button :P
