The Winter Solstice is an arena shooter by Mr. Chubigans, developer of The Sandbox of God and Acidbomb series. The game features six playable levels plus several unlockable modes which can only be acquired by collecting medals through achievements. Use the W, A, S and D keys to move your lantern around, and hold the left mouse button to shoot.

The game's pretty good. I like the fact that the "bullets" you use don't fly all the way across and have gravity to them, making it seem like actual orbs being shot in a show.
ReplyDeleteI noticed that shooting the floor, however, counters that.
I would have liked to have seen it interact with the music more, but I suppose the chaotic element of games of this nature make that difficult.
