QP Shooting is a pretty average shmup by Orange Juice, developer of Suguri. There's not much to be said about this game as it has very ordinary sprites and backgrounds. Quite playable, although the demo only features two levels.Clicking on the download link at the top of the page will bring you to the section where you can get a copy of the trial version.
