Dark Age is an arcade game developed by Brent Silby with Atari's Gauntlet in mind. Coded with DHTML, it doesn't really need any installation or additional software whatsoever besides a working web browser.Music is pretty decent but you can turn it off by pressing the S key if it happens to offend your auditory senses. Autofire is activated by holding down the Z key.
