Big Bang Beat is an alright doujin fighting game featuring some impressive concept art but only two playable characters in the demo. The Z, X and C keys correspond to light, medium and heavy attacks. Use the A key to execute special moves. The command list can be accessed by pressing the Q key during a battle.

Run the configuration file and choose the second option to play in full screen mode. During character selection, the color palette of your fighter can be swapped by using the C key. Confirm or cancel your choice using the primary and secondary attack buttons.

The installation of files for East Asian languages is required to get the trial version to work.

Name: Big Bang Beat

You can try this version to see if it works without the installation of east asian languages:

only one or two folders renamed so the normal unzip process should work for this file.

Awesome! The non EAL installation worked a treat, it's looking like quite a nice Doujin fighter at the moment, and I love the pace and style of it. The characters are a little uninspired compared to Guilty Gear or Melty Blood (Maybe I just have a thing about armed nuns?) but given that there's only two so far thats excuseable. The chick is -awesome- with that sword, though if anything it's lacking in major special attacks.

Maybe that's kind of the point to this game, but again it's kind of hard to get excited about that compared to the knife-wielding super moves of Ciel or the insane life-ending combo specials of Destruction Desire. The art and music is definitely something great though.

The Dash Button also functions as a Guilty Gear style Roman Cancel, costing 1 bar. I suspect that the game's trick, like Arc System's recent Fist of the North Star/Hokuto No Ken game is using that to generate normally impossible combos.

Yeah, I've gotten pretty ridiculous combos in with the guy character. But there should be some extra systems for blocking in the game. I can block indefinitely while waiting for an opening given to me. Plus, the AI doesn't use its throw.

This game is good, and true the Dash button is used like GG's Roman Cancels. Also, that button, is used for using those "Specials" or whatever you call it, similar to Overdrives from GG. Only downfall is the imbalanced guard system...You take totally no damage while blocking.
