N+ for Nintendo DS

Joystiq previews Metanet Software's N+ (pictured above), due out for the Nintendo DS soon. Hot dual screen action!

"The view for the DS game provides a zoomed-in bottom screen and a zoomed-out view of the whole level on the top screen."

"The game will feature all new levels designed by original creators Metanet in both its Pure (based on the original Flash game) and Plus (new graphics and enemies) versions."

Also from Joystiq, an interview with the director of the 1GB noir adventure game Fate by Numbers.

you know, Mare and I and Nick (who'se doing the 360 version) had a booth at PAX, it was right next to Atari's!! but for some reason everyone ignores this in favour of the DS/PSP version.

we even had a fancy 2-screen setup where four people could play the XBLA version of N+ (which is _way_ better than the DS version so far) and yet no one seems to have noticed. damn it, we were right next to the men's room!

anyway, everyone who tried the 360 version seems to have liked it, maybe we'll get some pics up soon.
