Galaxian 2007 is a remake by Danny Boyd with a couple of bells and whistles not found in the original, though gameplay essentially remains the same. Use the arrow keys to move your ship, and hold the shift key to shoot.

Powerups can be collected for temporary firepower upgrades or extra lives.

I haven't played this yet, but what's going on with the graphics? What a mess they've made of the status bar on the right! The low res pixel art looks sexy and suitably retro, but why spoil it with high res logos and text plastered over the top? :oP

I wish developers would pick one resolution when developing a game and stick to it...

Oh well, grumble over.
