Chronon ver.0.1s Walkthrough / Chronon Solution (by Sam)

The solution has not changed since ver.0, and remained the same for the last two years. Please follow the instructions carefully, they work perfectly. - April 5th, 2007

12:25
Put wreath in fireplace.
Put clock on wall. (from top shelf)

14:55
Click the key on top of the clock to unlock the missing time.

6:15
Put wreath on table, followed by the large green egg on top.
Open window.

9:05
(monster will hatch from egg)
Remove ledge from fireplace.
Attach rope to ledge.
Put empty milk bottle in monster's arms. (from left shelf)

9:45
Click on rope to bring monster back inside.

12:25
Click on red berry (next to monster) to put it on floor.
Attach rope to red berry.
Put round water jar on left side of table.
Put milk jar on right side of table.

6:15
Put clock on wall.

9:05
Lengthen clock's tail.

9:45
Remove wood (from under the cage), place it on the top shelf.
Get egg from top of clock.

12:25
Put mirror in monster's arms. (from fireplace)
Make sure the hatch is open.
Leave wreath on table.

14:55
Put wreath in fireplace.
Put firewood (on shelf) in fireplace.
Put ledge in fireplace.
Put pan on table.
Put all ingredients (except poison and water) (four on fireplace, one from right shelf) in to the pan.
Put clock on shelf.

18:10
Put pan in (burning) fireplace.
Put clock on wall.

19:00
Congratulations!
If you used the poison, the big guy turns to stone while the green monster is tossed out. Fun to see, but not the solution.

To get 100% and Congratulations, in step 14:55 right before the end, don't put the water into the pan, only the milk. Then the "dog" has some milk, and you'll win. Hooray!

Follow the exact times the walkthrough states, but at the end put back the clock at 18:10 and go to 19:00 and there will be a candle on top with 100% done and a congratulations

What it was for me was, I forgot to tie the rope to the red berry which prevents the dog from attacking the dwarf and I also forgot to put the clock back at 14:55 and returning it at 18:10

i think i know the reasons why some people got 92 or 96. i tried a few times and had gotten them both.

i got 92 because i didnt tie the rope to the red berry/apple, and i didnt put the clock on the shelf at 14.55 and hung it on the wall on 18.10.

The walkthrough is great, those that aren't getting 100% make sure you do everything AT THE RIGHT TIME e.g. 14.55. There is nothing wrong with the walkthrough, it is brilliant, as is the game.

wow thanks for the walkthrough... got 100/100 the first time with it! If you aren't getting 100 then you are missing a step... make sure to change the time when you are doing the things in the walkthrough... it won't work if you don't!

Heh... a little trick I found... you wont get 100/100 but it's kind of funny, I guess...

If you add water (with or without the poison), you will get a flatter, less puffy cake in the end.

Flat cakes aren't fun. Unless they're pancakes. =D

Poison = arsenic? Possibly? It's green... xD

Don't click on the ingredients twice. It puts them back on the shelf. If you leave them looming over the pot, then you get the desired effect

The walkthrough gives 100%, if you get less, then you've done something wrong. I got 100% following it step by step. For those people who wonder what key the guide is talking about, it's the key SITTING on the clock on the wall, it's right there, a golden key. It's nowhere else but ON the clock.

If you can't get the key, it's because you put the clock on the wall at the wrong time. You need to have it put on the wall at EXACTLY 12:25 as the walkthrough says, then move to 14:45. The clock needs to be on the shelf at 6:15 and 9:05 or it won't pop out of the clock at 14:45.

If your wreath isn't burning, you need to switch the places of the milk and the water before the burning stage. Easy step to overlook.

The first few times I tryed it I got less than 100%, but the walkthrough is definatly right. The last time I tried it I kept double checking the times and the directions exactly and got 100%. One thing that I kept neglecting to do was to make sure the water bottle is on the left side of the table (Cant remember what step that is, buts its after the monster has filled up the milk bottle and we put them both back on the shelfs, so left side is the water bottle and the right side is the milk bottle). As for those who dont know where the key is, its directly sitting on top of the clock.
Basically, dont forget to have the hatch open when indicated ( obviously the hatch is the wooden planks near the sunlight in the roof). And secondly follow the walkthrough everytime and eventually you'll get there.
