Mr. Mothball 2 is a simple one screen shooter from the author of Submachine and the Covert Front series.

A rather awkward game, considering that the boss battle is only initiated when you lose all your health to normal enemies.

Didn't like the game all that much. Seems like a decent player can go on against normal enemies indefinitely, or until he grows bored like me and kills himself in order to face the bosses.

The control mechanics were awkward, and it was often hard to shoot at the right direction without thrusting yourself onto harm's way.

The game's also bugged. During my first playthrough the final boss didn't die even after I had destroyed all turrets and reduced his health to 0. I kept firing, and getting points for doing so, but he wouldn't die.
