Tekkyuuman is a new release by prolific Japanese developer Ikiki, famous for a number of controversial games featuring ninjas, bloodbath and outrageous violence. Usually with all three elements at the same time.

In this game, you must make your way towards the green spiky object and smash it with the flail. Use the control key to swing your weapon and tap the left shift key to jump. A wall jump can also be executed by pressing the same shift key when scaling up walls.

Red switches can be activated either by touch or hitting them with your flail. An extra life is awarded after every boss fight. [zip file of Ikiki's games]

...d...damn. This is nearly too good to be true. After ikiki shut down his website some time ago, I was sure we wouldn't be seeing another game from him for quite a while. And here he is again, alive and kicking as much as usual. Great find, Tim.

I can confirm that it's definitely a new game as well, seeing as it says 完成日 (Completion Date): 07/12/10 and 修正日 (Revision Date): 07/12/16 in the readme. Plus, I've got all of them safely tucked away here and this one was missing. Until now, that is. :)

This is excellent Tim, thanks :)

Unfortunately the video seems to be missing the music! :(

I haven't heard any music in game either. Just Homer Simpson's "D'oh" and weapons swings.

BTW, video walkthrough misses one point. First two levels can be completed without killing all bad guys. Just don't break any walls (or boxes!) - use them walljump all the way up in lev1 (one swordsman to kill) and do the same in lev2(one flamer to kill).

I'm at that crazy level 9 boss - haven't a clue what to do.

That button in level 7 - you need to go the the right of the ledge it's on and shoot to the left, then run off to the right and jump back on. Rebounds won't work, so I think that's the only way to do it.
